Returns

We’re sorry the product didn’t live up to expectations, but we’re here to help. All you need to do is send back your unused Cottonless products within the next 30 days for a full refund of the original amount paid. No questions asked!

When your return is received, we’ll notify you and refund you within 10 business days. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If your order was delivered to The United States

  1. Notify us of the return by filling out this form
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. After receiving the return, we’ll refund the cost of your products minus a $10 shipping and handling fee.


If your order was delivered Outside The United States

  1. Notify us of the return by filling out this form
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. After receiving the return, we’ll refund the cost of your products minus a $30 shipping and handling fee.


Even if you return your product, we will still plant your tree! Taxes, Fees, and Original shipping costs are unfortunately unable to be refunded.

Defective Products

We put a lot of effort into creating high-quality products, but there is a small chance that you might get a defective product. Let us know if this happened to you and we’ll help you out.

  2. We’ll send you a free replacement.
  3. To be as eco-friendly as possible, please recycle your defective product.
